Notice Concerning Physical Shipping

VEDRYXONIX TECHNOLOGIES is an information technology and software engineering agency. We do not produce, market, or ship tangible, physical goods. All services, software code, application builds, hosting server spaces, and digital maintenance retainers provided by us are fulfilled 100% electronically over secure telecommunications and cloud networks. Consequently, no physical postal or courier shipping is required, and no shipping or handling fees are charged.

01. Electronic Delivery Mechanisms

Digital deliverables are transferred to clients through industry-standard electronic channels:

Version-Controlled Source Code

Handover of custom codebases via private Git repositories (GitHub/GitLab) or secure tarball archives upon milestone completion.

Android Binary Artifacts (APK / AAB)

Signed Android App Bundles (.aab) and APK binaries delivered directly to client Google Play Developer Consoles or via secure download links.

Cloud Hosting & Server Provisioning

Server IP addresses, root SSH credentials, control panel credentials, and DNS records delivered via encrypted email.

Receipts & Commercial Invoices

Digitally signed commercial invoices and payment gateway receipts dispatched immediately to the client's registered email address.

02. Standard Fulfillment Timelines

Fulfillment timeframes depend on the scope defined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW). Standard website MVPs typically deliver in 2 to 4 weeks, mobile applications deliver across 4 to 8 week sprints, and complex multi-tiered enterprise platforms scale across multi-month milestone roadmaps:

03. Delivery Verification & Acceptance

Upon electronic delivery of any milestone or live deployment, the Client has seven (7) calendar days to inspect the deliverable on our staging server or test environment. If no technical objections are raised in writing within this period, the deliverable is deemed accepted and fulfilled in accordance with the contract.
